Injury Update

So I've been running pretty lightly lately (as much as my fat self lets me).  I've done 3 runs each being under 2 miles and my right leg has felt pretty good.  Two of the runs have been on pavement while one was out at Mastodon on the easy trail.  I plan on doing these runs for the next few weeks.  I really need to ease myself into running hills again.  I'm certain that's what got me last time.
